About Men's Supplement
A review publication with one idea: the men buying these products deserve a referee, not another salesman.
Why this site exists
Somewhere tonight, a man in his fifties is standing in a bathroom at 3:15 a.m., third trip of the night, phone in hand, typing "how to stop waking up to pee" into Google. Within minutes he'll be inside a funnel: a page dressed up like a medical journal, a countdown timer, a "doctor" who's actually a stock photo, and a checkout with boxes pre-checked on his behalf. Some pages in that funnel are written by the very people profiting from every one of those tricks.
Men's Supplement exists to stand in the middle of that funnel with a flashlight. We review men's supplements — prostate formulas first, because that's where the money and the traps are biggest — the way a careful older brother who's done the research would walk you through them: what the label actually contains, what the science actually supports, what the checkout is actually going to do to you, and what to do about each.
What we do differently
- We read doses, not ingredient lists. A formula "containing" an ingredient at an unstated amount is marketing. We check amounts against the doses used in published research and say plainly when a label won't let anyone check.
- We audit the checkout. Pre-checked upsells, subscription terms, bundle pressure, countdown timers — documented as part of every review, because in this category more money is lost to checkout design than to bad products.
- We report the guarantee as a process, not a number. The window, the return requirements, who pays shipping, and the friction buyers report when they actually claim.
- We label experience as experience. Buyer reports are presented as buyer reports. We do not publish invented "we tested it for 90 days" stories, fake reviewer personas, or first-person claims we can't stand behind.
- We publish the boring fix alongside the bottle. Fluid cutoffs, caffeine timing, and when to see a urologist instead. A site that only ever recommends purchases is a store, not a referee.
How the money works (short version)
This site earns affiliate commissions when readers buy through our links, at no extra cost to them. That's the whole revenue model, and it's why our methodology and disclosure are public: the rankings follow a published rubric, vendors cannot pay for placement or scores, and pages keep their warnings even when the warning sits next to a buy link. If that model ever conflicts with telling the truth about a checkout, the truth wins — a referee who can be bought is just another funnel.
What this site is not
Not medical advice. Not a clinic. Not a store — we sell nothing ourselves. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or cures anything, and no supplement reviewed here is proven to shrink a prostate or replace a prescription. Prostate symptoms deserve a real workup; every symptom page on this site says so, and means it.
